Why invest in branded real estate

The branded residences sector is expected to hit 1100 schemes globally by the end of 2026, up 43% from 764 in December 2024. This represents more than triple the 323 schemes that existed in 2015.

With 837 contracted projects scheduled through 2032, the total will reach 1,747 schemes. The pipeline now spans over 90 countries, with 25 launching their first branded residential development.

Within urban environments, both Established Cities and Emerging Cities command an average premium of 30%, whilst resort destinations, where lifestyle often drives additional value over less sophisticated local markets, achieve the highest premiums, averaging 39%.

The One Capital structures investments through tokenised bonds used to finance the acquisition of branded real estate, with returns realised upon sale once assets reach stabilised market value.

Property acquisition

We identify and secure branded real estate assets with strong potential.

Properties are acquired, prior to full market stabilisation.

Bond issuance

Through our tokenization platform, we issue tokenized bonds, backed by leading Web3 institutions, that allow qualified investors to participate in the acquisition. The bond provides a regulated, transparent structure aligned with international standards.

Management

During the project lifecycle, the asset is developed, curated, and positioned to achieve its target market value.

We oversee each operational phase, ensuring the property matures into a fully stabilised asset.

Exit

Once the asset reaches the desired price, it is sold on the market to end buyers. through qualified real estate brokers, returning capital and interest to investors.
